In 1995 a branch was opened beside Longtan Great Pond. It is an elegant, high-ceilinged Hakka restaurant that visitors to Longtan should not miss, offering traditional yet diversified Hakka cuisine. The Longtan branch is a three-storey building, but only two floors are used, so every level enjoys lofty ceilings that give diners a sense of spaciousness.
