Located outside the Xinfeng Tunnel along Highway 11 is the "Qin Bu Zhi Zi Cliff." The suspended path built along the cliff's sheer rock face spans approximately 150 meters in total length, accommodating only ten people at once. Twenty meters of this path are composed of reinforced transparent glass walkways, situated about 40 meters above the sea surface. One side overlooks the mountainous scenery, while the other faces the Pacific Ocean, offering unobstructed views of the abyss below. The original aboriginal footpath, passing through the Qin Bu Zhi Zi Cliff (Father-Son Cliff), once ran parallel to the now-abandoned Xinji Tunnel and had a similar length. After becoming derelict around 1971 (the 60th year of the Republic of China era), a new skywalk was subsequently constructed by Fongbin Township Government. The local government also planned and developed parking lots and parks nearby the trail to provide convenient recreational facilities for visitors.
