The restaurant’s signature dish, “A-Tai Hakka Pork Knuckle,” was honored as one of the Fourth Taoyuan Top 10 Souvenirs. This lost century-old Hakka delicacy from Taiwan is named “A-Tai” (Hakka for great-grandparents) because it revives a recipe passed down by centenarians. Crafted from a secret blend of natural red yeast rice and multiple herbs, it contains no preservatives and is vacuum-sealed to preserve its fragrant aroma, tender-yet-chewy texture, and ready-to-eat convenience.
