This is the only legal recreational farm in the urban area of Greater Taipei, located beside the Wanguo Interchange of the National Highway. It was established by Chairman Chen Chao-heng of Wanhai Lines in memory of his mother, Madam Li Zhun. The cuisine here features South Asian Thai-style dishes, with the most popular being the signature Thai dish "Sichuan Pepper Chicken." Tender chicken is deep-fried at high temperature to achieve a crispy texture, then drizzled with the chef's specially blended sauce. The aromatic scent of Sichuan pepper wafts enticingly, stimulating the appetite. Another highly sought-after dish is the chef's homemade red咖哩 Shrimp Noodle with rich, fragrant, and unforgettable flavor, prepared in a Thai-style red咖哩 method that deviates from typical Japanese cooking techniques. Shrimps and noodles are simmered in the curry to create an irresistible taste. Additionally, there is the European-style Neapolitan Seafood Noodle, crafted by blending the rich coconut cream from Thailand’s abundance with seafood ingredients, including the sweetness of squid and shrimp, paired with the fresh aroma of lemongrass.
