Our loyal customer base spans all ages from young children to centenarians, all appreciating the soft, sweet, and easily digestible texture of our tarts, even after they’ve cooled. A 93-year-old regular often stops by in the afternoon to purchase egg tarts. As each order is handcrafted to order, there's typically a 15 to 20-minute wait. Sometimes, the elderly man falls asleep on his motorcycle while waiting, and staff members gently wake him up—this adorable scene is a common sight. The "Pure Emotion" team proudly positions itself as an ambassador for Chiayi’s culinary culture, creating the "Pure Emotion Elder" column to explore local delicacies and creatively integrate them with our egg tarts. Examples include Chiayi's 70-year-old specialty "Zhen Wei Zhen Meat Cakes," traditional "Wu Family Pickled Vegetables" radish products, and "Dragon Master" golden kimchi. We also actively engage in social welfare, such as partnering with the "Eden Foundation" to launch the "Slow-Flying Angel Power-Up" egg tart campaign for fundraising support of early intervention children, embodying the "Pure Emotion Spreading Love" spirit of the people of Taiwan.
