The Lucky Grassland Slide, located inside New Taipei Metropolitan Park, is a brand-new inclusive playground that officially opened in April 2018. It features a seven-metre-tall, meadow-themed slide just a short walk from Sanchong MRT Station; when it debuted it drew huge crowds, and even the popular travel show *Super Taste* filmed here. Plan to arrive after 4 p.m.—the Chongxin Bridge Night Market opens in the evening! Once a plain, painted riverbank wall, the space has been transformed by clever design into a natural playground that uses the existing slope. A sweeping, seven-metre-high curved slide grabs every child’s attention, along with terrazzo slides, climbing nets, climbing blocks and 3-D floating balls. Note: the big slide has a 100 cm height requirement. Right next door, the lively Chongxin Bridge Tourist Market sells both new and second-hand goods, and there’s a food court as well.
