The Ice Dumpling Invention Museum is run by the Yongtai Food Group. It originally started as a traditional mochi (糯米糍) contract manufacturing business. It is perfect for parents to take their children to experience the fun of DIY making ice dumplings. Outside the museum, there is a large painted graffiti wall created collaboratively by local elementary school students in Beidou. The museum has an antique charm: the first floor is an introduction to the production line, featuring displays of early mochi-making machines and text explanations; the second floor is the visitor area, showcasing the unique flavored dumplings of the Ice Dumpling Invention Museum and a retail space, as well as a DIY classroom where children can enjoy the fun of wrapping mini dumplings and a parent‑child playground that kids love!
