"Fujian Food Court" was founded in 2009 with a passion for catering. Our goal was to create a unique taste that differs from traditional Chinese breakfast, emphasizing low oil and less salt. Along the way, we encountered many challenges, but with the help of Master Xu Jinsheng from Hualien's renowned "Shanghai Old House", we innovated and developed over a dozen breakfast dishes that you see today. We believe that eating is a matter of conscience, so we spare no expense in using the highest quality ingredients to create the best flavors for our customers. This is our store's mission. We are also committed to passing on our knowledge to new staff, so that our store's mission can be promoted and expanded. Due to our persistence, on June 16, 2011, we received the "Non-Toxic Plastic Certification" from the Hualien County Government, and in September 2011, we passed the "GHP Sanitation Evaluation" inspection and received a certificate from the Hualien County Government. Delicious food, hygienic food, and food that you can eat with peace of mind - this is our store's philosophy of sustainable management.
