Located in Gukeng Township, Yunlin County, the Huashan Leisure Agricultural Area is a favorite among coffee lovers. The exotic ambiences created by its scenic cafés draw holidaymakers back time and again.
Hiking trails are everywhere in Huashan; the first one planned around literature is the Huashan Literary Trail, and the installations along it are works by twelve Yunlin writers.
Homestay choices are abundant—stand-alone log cabins or traditional three-section courtyard houses for a nostalgic stay.
Be sure to try the local specialties: chicken soup simmered with aromatic coffee beans and a hot-pot whose broth is coffee-based. Finish with a cup of rich Gukeng coffee—only then is a Huashan feast complete.
Beautiful scenery and mellow coffee—Huashan, the cradle of Taiwanese coffee, invites you to savor every moment.
