The visitor center provides park information, including brochures, maps, and guides to help visitors navigate the area. Rangers are also available on site to offer insights into park history, geology, and wildlife.

In addition to educational resources, the center serves as a gateway for outdoor adventures. Visitors can obtain backcountry permits, rent bikes or audio guided tours, and book camping reservations.

A 30-minute introductory film is shown in the park's amphitheater, offering an introduction to Bryce Canyon's unique natural features.
