"Classic Southern Italian Flavors" insists on fresh, premium ingredients and adheres to authentic Italian culinary techniques. Our chef, originally from Italy, married into a Changhua family; together with his wife, he returned to Lukang to open a restaurant, hoping to let everyone taste true, genuine Italian cuisine. We use a wood-fired oven certified by the Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana, baking at 500 °C to create pizzas with the signature leopard-spotted, springy crust—absolutely worth a try.
