Located on the second floor of the Lion Market in Jiezhou Village, "Ah Mei's Store" is a renowned Dingbian Hu restaurant in Matsu. Dingbian Hu is a traditional Fujian dish: rice batter is heated and cooked along the rim of a hot soup pot; once the batter is fully cooked, it is scooped into the soup to become a bowl of fragrant Dingbian Hu—an exceptionally authentic local delicacy.
