The furniture and decorations inside the shop are all from the traditional collection of Yilan. This place is also considered the pioneer of "nostalgic" restaurants in Taipei. The special name of the shop, "Niang's shop," can be seen from the couplets at the entrance, with the words "The road of a good daughter is long, while a bad daughter is burned three times a day" clearly displayed on the front door. As this place offers traditional home-cooked meals and banquet dishes, with the taste of traditional women's home cooking, it is called "Niang." In addition to the dishes full of traditional flavor, when you come here, you must try the shop's signature sour plum soup. The acidity is just right, very sweet, stimulating the appetite, and balancing the greasy food, making it healthier and more delicious to eat.
