Before they got married, the couple chose to walk the Camino de Santiago in Spain for their honeymoon. The moving experiences and warm, simple food they encountered in small villages during their journey inspired them to consider returning to Chiayi to start a new life, and thus, "The Fold Pizza" was born. Self-described as "a small place with music and pizza," they advocate for "listening to music while lying down and eating pizza while folding it."
