From the Nanshan Road, Songjiao Elementary School in Luzhu District, one enters the mountainous industrial road. The entire vast area belongs to the Dagu Mountain Leisure Agricultural Zone, which produces rice, organic vegetables and fruits, and horticultural flowers. The Dagu Mountain Hiking Trail Park serves as the central hub of the area. If arriving by car, visitors may park at the lot in front of the Fushan Temple Square and immediately enjoy the open and expansive scenery of the surroundings, leaving one feeling extremely relaxed. As night falls, one can also admire the beautiful sight of thousands of lights in the city. The Dagu Mountain Hiking Trail Park is compactly designed and exquisitely arranged. From the entrance to the observation deck, a less-than-one-kilometer path offers a wide view of the boundless sky and sea. The trail is designed as a zigzag-shaped, low-impact, elevated boardwalk with lush greenery along the route. In spring, visitors can see the blossoms of the shanjuo li (a wild lily) scattered across the mountain. The trail is shaded by tree canopies and has a gentle slope. Rest points along the way provide views of wild lily-inspired artwork, fully showcasing local features. The park offers splendid views from land, sea, and sky. The enjoyment of panoramic views and enjoying coffee can be experienced here all in one trip. Although Dagu Mountain is of low altitude, because there are no surrounding high mountains to block the view, the visibility is excellent. Standing on the observation platform, one's sight extends to the left, from the Linkou Tableland stretching to the right, where one sees the High Speed Rail Line and Taoyuan Metro passing by. Gazing further, the view includes the Zhongli Green Island, Yonghan Golf Course, Taoyuan International Airport, coastal windmill farms, Zhuwei Fish Port, and the Changsheng Power Plant. This area truly encompasses land, sea, and sky views. Especially due to its distance of merely 8 kilometers from the Taoyuan International Airport, airplanes taking off and landing can frequently be seen, making this a standout scenic attraction. In addition, during spring and autumn, this area is also a necessary stop on the migration routes for birds, attracting birdwatchers and photography enthusiasts. During the day, visitors can appreciate the scenery; in the evening, the shifting colors of multicolored clouds and the magnificent sunset are breathtakingly beautiful. When night falls, the thousands of city lights shine like stars in the heavens, and the night view rivales that of international landmarks. With these natural advantages, Dagu Mountain has also developed a thriving nightlife economy. There are five or six Western and Chinese-style panoramic view restaurants near the park, all specializing in providing a dining experience centered on beautiful night views, coffee, and gourmet meals.
