Bali Left Bank Promenade is located between Bali Wedding Plaza and Bali Water Sports Center. Originally called Shuixing Park, after being re-planned by the New Taipei City Government, it was designed with the original elements of Bali Riverside, such as hills, valleys, forests, fortresses, and sea tides. The promenade has added many recreational facilities and widened the original bike path, making it a new highlight of Bali. The curved walkway of Bali Left Bank Promenade, with tides as its theme, has a curved path and a lounge chair set up by the river, allowing visitors to leisurely stroll along the Tamsui River and enjoy the scenery of Datun Mountain. The viewing pavilion has a net swing and a viewing table, perfect for taking in the views without worrying about getting sunburned. The mist plaza, themed with a clock and an owl, has a sensory tide channel and a mini water gate that is very cute. The green fortress playground, transformed from an old military fortress, is a mini training park with a camouflage theme, equipped with climbing facilities and a wooden bridge. The upper platform has an inclusive swing, allowing children to swing while taking in the views of the Tamsui River.
