Mainland Beef Noodle is located near Xiushui Junior High School. The beef noodles are famous, and the side dishes—such as dried tofu, kimchi, braised intestines, and duck heads—are all delicious; one customer even ordered 200 duck heads to take back to Vietnam! Besides the food, the house-made “World’s Hottest” chili sauce is legendary—don’t try it unless you’re fearless. The boss also makes a milder chili paste that, while not as fiery, is richer in aroma; guests who can handle heat should give it a try.
