Located directly across from the Taicheng MRT Station, it was founded in 1969 by Master Chuanbin, a disciple of Master Guangqin, as the first abbot. In 1978, it was expanded according to the terrain of Xiaoshanlun, and buildings such as the Huazang Pagoda, Daxiong Treasure Hall, and Sutra Library were built. The current Guangcheng Rock, which was built in 1994, is a modern building. Due to the widening and reconstruction of Jincheng Road, the original 1,400-ping temple land was requisitioned for about 1,000 pings, and it was rebuilt into a building. However, the exterior still retains traditional temple-style architecture.
