Lin Yue Ice Shop is the dream project of a retired civil-service couple. Prices range from NT$20 to NT$100; every bowl starts with shaved ice and falls into four main types: Creative Ice, Memory Ice, Signature Ice, and Xian Cao (grass-jelly) from Guanxi.
