Founded by the orthodox Chinese pastry master Li Dazun in 1948, the bakery has been represented by Lu Kang in 1992, 1998, 1999, and 2000. It was invited to exhibit at the Presidential Office with its “beef tongue pastry” and “noodle tea,” upholding traditional craftsmanship and high-quality ingredients, leaving an unforgettable impression with every bite.
