The Kunqiu Trail runs entirely along a mountainous terrain, beginning at Kunqiu and ending at Xiyu Village, with a total length of approximately 500 meters. Due to its location at the southern end of Xiju Island, the northeasterly monsoon cannot penetrate directly, allowing various plants to thrive with rich forest composition. Species such as lilies, *Ilex eva* (滨柃木), phoebe wood (*Machilus*), and other native plants of Xiju Island can easily be found along the Kunqiu Trail. For tourists interested in ecology who wish to conduct in-depth research on the plants or insects of Xiju, the Kunqiu Trail is an excellent choice.
