The fourth-generation owner of Sin Ful Jin, Wu Hong-yi, said that his great-grandmother originally sold meat dumplings at a stall next to the City God Temple, and due to the delicious flavor and aroma, she received praise from old and new customers, and her business prospered. With the encouragement of customers, his 20-year-old great-grandmother, Wu Zhang Huan, purchased land at the current site and established Sin Ful Jin Commercial Company, which is now known as 'Sin Ful Jin'. He also applied his ingenuity in making meat dumplings, 'the fragrance of scallions, the fragrance of seasoning, and the fragrance of lard', and transformed it into the fragrance of pastry. After repeated experimentation, he finally created the Zhujing pastry, also known as Zhulin pastry, which has maintained its reputation for over a hundred years. Inside Sin Ful Jin, there are numerous products that dazzle the eyes, and some of the most distinctive ones include: Zhulin pastry, wood-comb pastry, and steamed egg cake, among which the characteristics of Zhulin pastry are: 1. No greasy feeling In addition to its unique flavor, Zhulin pastry is also inexpensive, with each one costing only twenty-five dollars.
