Proprietress Lin Xiuying has been selling ding-bian-guo here for ten years. Apart from taking Sundays off to attend church, “Ah-Mei” never rests. She says many of her customers are tourists from Taiwan—whether it’s Mazong natives returning home or Taiwanese who once worked here, they always come back for a bowl of nostalgic flavor.
