Located on the mountain, the "Huayuan New Town" community boasts a rich natural environment and is home to many literary and artistic creators. Through the efforts of the Lanchi Cultural and Natural Development Association, the community has become an art village, hosting irregular exhibitions and lectures. Every April and May, when the oilseed flowers fall and fireflies dance by the Lanchi Creek, the community holds a "Flower and Bug Season" event, sharing its abundant humanistic arts and ecological resources with the public.
