Chouteng Pit Leisure Agriculture Area was awarded the Growing Award in the evaluation of leisure agriculture areas in 107 and 110. The canal's watercourse uses the natural concept of utilizing terrain and landform changes to create a drop in elevation. The canal is built along the mountain waist and steep slopes, incorporating modern water engineering techniques, industrial and economic development lifeblood, human-river interaction, and aesthetic imagination. It is an important facility that is closely related to Xinshe's human history and natural ecology. The historical buildings include the entrance of Baileng Irrigation Canal, Chouteng Pit inverted siphon, and a small suspension bridge on the short mountain branch line.
