The boss was originally from a Hakka family in Hsinchu that ran a catering service. She was exposed to it from a young age and learned many Hakka dishes. After marrying and moving to Hsinchu, she and her husband opened this restaurant, which serves not only Hakka cuisine but also popular chilled braised flavors sold online.
