The Grand Marshal Wu Tu of the Yong'an Palace is the primary deity of the palace, worshipped along with the Grand Marshal of the Chifu and the Thousand-Year Old of the Chifu. It serves as the center of faith for the residents of Linnei Wu Tu Village. According to legend, the palace was founded during the Guangxu era and is a bamboo‑constructed temple. In 1945, residents went to Songbai Ridge to receive an invitation from the heavenly palace to invite Xuan Tian Shang Di to this location, where the Luan Hall was established to help the world and save the people.
