Tea aroma fills the air at Fuzhou Noodle House

Located on Haitong Road, this Fuzhou-style noodle shop is renowned far and wide, drawing gourmands from across Taiwan and Japan alike. The owner, Mr. Zheng Shicheng, who is passionate about Pu'er tea, says the shop has been passed down from his mother. He previously ran it on Guangfu Road for 13 years, but recently moved to Haitong Road to comply with the town office’s city beautification plans.

In an era of soaring prices, Fuzhou Noodles remain unchanged. The owner’s focus is on “eating” – he doesn’t chase profits, only insists on high quality.
