Nanyuan Village, Xinpu Township, Hsinchu County, is one of the areas with the highest concentration of water pear cultivation in Xinpu Township, and Shangpinxiang Orchard is one of them. Shangpinxiang Orchard has three varieties: Fengshui Pear, Honey Snow Pear (4029), and Xinxiang Pear. The Fengshui Pear is harvested from mid-July to the end of July, and can be sold until August. The Honey Snow Pear is harvested from mid-July to the end of July, and can be sold until early August. The Xinxiang Pear is harvested from the end of July to the end of August, and can be sold until around the Double Tenth Festival. Due to climate factors and the frequent early sell-outs, it's best to call ahead to place an order.
