Da Tuan Yuan was founded in 1990. Its founder, Mr. Lee, came from a horticultural background; every step—from turning this low-lying plot into solid ground to laying the foundations and erecting the building—was accomplished by his own hands. Guided by the Council of Agriculture’s transition program, Da Tuan Yuan evolved into one of the district’s longest-standing restaurants. Committed to healthy cuisine, it blends alfresco garden seating, Shenkeng’s celebrated tofu dishes, professional banquet service, herbal medicinal cuisine, and creative gastronomy to showcase its unmistakable identity—ideal for year-end feasts or exclusive banquets alike.
