Sinhuah Village is a Puyuma tribe settlement, with a distinctive feature being its promotion of indigenous medicinal herb cultivation and collection. Through the operation of the medicinal herb production and sales group, the cultivation and collection are systematically carried out here, yielding over a hundred medicinal plant species alone. The group also develops processed herbal products to enhance the tribe’s economic income. The Sinhuah mountain area is home to the rare tree species *Taiwania cryptomerioides*, which boasts the highest density in Taiwan. With pre-arranged appointments and local guides, visitors can witness the world's largest *Taiwania cryptomerioides*, making for an unforgettable experience. When visiting Sinhuah village, one can also tour the Kazdas Cultural Art Studio, the renowned indigenous woodcarving art studio of Lin Hsin-yi. Lin’s works reveal exquisite details carved from solid wood foundations, combined with bold and unrestrained indigenous spirit, creating a distinctive style of its own.
