In June 1982, RT was born in a kitchen oven at home. Initially called "Refined Western Pastry House", it was later changed to its current name, RT Bakery. The production factory of RT is a very clean, bright, spacious, and well-ventilated workplace with a smooth workflow, where staff work in a pleasant environment, using the best ingredients to produce high-quality products with a happy heart. The machines used by RT include Japan's ultrasonic cutting machine, Germany's rounding machine, the Netherlands' rapid freezing machine, the United States' mixing machine, and Sweden's oven, which are all world-class equipment. The pastries in RT Bakery are rich and varied, including cakes, cheesecakes, mousse, puddings, and burned fruits, with numerous styles that dazzle the eyes. Among them, "pudding" is a solid and satisfying product that leaves a lasting impression on the taste buds. "Pudding" is translated from the French word "Petits", meaning "small", and "Petits Four Variés" refers to small towers of various flavors.
