From the Nanan Visitor Center, follow the asphalt-paved road up along the Lakulaku Creek Valley. The gently ascending route is lined with low-elevation broadleaf forests and plantation trees. After traveling about 2 kilometers, you will reach Nanan Falls. The waterfall is approximately 50 meters high, with its rock walls lushly covered in emerald green vegetation. As a syncline waterfall, it gathers mountain streams from the surrounding area, resulting in ample water flow. The falls cascade grandly down the stone walls, maintaining clear waters throughout the year. The splashing mist produces abundant negative ions, often referred to as "air vitamins," refreshing both the body and mind. The water flowing down from the falls later merges into the Lakulaku Creek, which is the largest tributary of the showgularan Creek. For general tourists, the road from the Nanan Visitor Center through Nanan Falls to the trailhead of the Valami Trail is entirely asphalt-paved, allowing for an easy drive alongside the Lakulaku Creek with scenic views all the way, perfectly suitable for a family trip.
