Established in January 1988, the company was originally named Shin Sheng Di Entertainment Co., Ltd. At that time, it was founded by a group of enthusiastic shareholders who were passionate about science education. They invested in the construction of an outdoor recreational area themed around scientific education in Songbai Ridge, Shangke Village, Xinfen Township. The goal was to create a complementary attraction to the Hsinchu Science Industrial Park, aiming to contribute to the roots of science education in Taiwan. Initially named the "Xinfen Entertainment Park," the park was later renamed "Little Ding Dong Science Playground," which became more widely recognized and has been retained to this day. Little Ding Dong Science Theme Park has consistently focused on science as the core design direction, providing locals with an alternative educational vacation experience. It has also become the only outdoor experimental classroom for natural science in national education. The company has been committed to its ideals and has provided dedicated service to the public. As a result, it has been continuously rated as a "Special Grade" scenic recreational area by the Tourism Bureau of the Ministry of Transportation for 19 consecutive years. This recognition is the greatest encouragement for the company.
