Daliao (Dafu) Fishing Port, located on the eastern coast of Dafu Village at Liuchiu Island, is the second major fishing port in Xiaoliuchiu. Constructed primarily as an auxiliary port, it was developed to address past issues where collisions between fishing rafts and boats in existing ports caused disputes. This port was opened to reduce fishermen's losses and alleviate the shipping congestion at Baisha Port while providing an optimal site for fishing boats to anchor and shelter from bad weather. It is now also the main ferry service destination route between Donggang and Xiaoliuchiu.
