The “Jinshi Temple Trail” is famous for being close to the well-known temple, “Jinshi Temple”, located at the 6th neighborhood of Huku Village. In the past, it was an important ancient trail for the transportation of agricultural products from Xinpu to Huku. The original trail was a small, winding path. In 1997, the Soil and Water Conservation Bureau’s 1st Engineering Office renovated it into a path paved with neatly arranged large round stones. The observation deck on the trail is also an ideal spot to enjoy the scenery. On a clear day, you can see the Taoyuan Plateau to the north, and as far as the Taiwan Strait. In front of the Jinshi Temple, there are a lot of oil tung trees. At the turn of spring and summer, the trees are full of flowers like snow, which is very spectacular.
