A-JO’ (correct pronunciation is close to A-YO) Pizza is located near Dulan Bridge in Donghe Township, Taitung County. The head chef, Michelle, is from Italy and came to Taitung because of her love for surfing. She later decided to make Taitung her home. Having learned the art of making delicious pizzas from her mother's cooking and her experience working in restaurants, Michelle aims to provide a clean dining environment, healthy ingredients, and delicious Italian pizzas to share with the locals of Taitung. Michelle's Chinese is mostly self-taught, and the in-store pizza menu board was created by her own hands, available in both Chinese and English. If customers have questions about ingredients and flavors, caring Michelle will patiently answer their queries. The store offers around 7 pizza flavors, ranging from basic tastes that are easy to accept for locals to traditional Italian pizza flavors.
