Located in the Wugu District of New Taipei City, the Qigangan Lake Education Farm boasts a unique terrain of gullies and valleys, sandy loam soil, ample sunlight, and moderate water retention. The farm's favorable natural conditions, coupled with the diligent farming techniques of the farmers, enable the cultivation of the highest-quality green bamboo shoots. The farm's green bamboo shoots have won top prizes in various competitions year after year. Here, visitors can observe the ecology of green bamboo shoots. The observation platform along the way offers a panoramic view of the Taipei Basin and Taipei 101. During spring and summer, 29 species of eagles can be spotted, while in the summer, resident birds such as the Chinese sparrowhawk, Steller's sea eagle, and Crested serpent eagle can be seen. In the Qigangan Lake Education Farm, visitors can enjoy a cup of coffee or tea, engage in conversation, or try their hand at fishing in the pond. The farm is also famous for its signature dish, "wild onion bucket chicken," which has a distinct, delicate aroma and is extremely delicious.
