The Luoyushan Park is divided into different areas based on the concepts of "hospitality, water圳, and camphor tree forest". At the entrance, there is an explanatory sign that introduces the Luoyushan tree species and briefly explains the origin of the local village name, 番仔寮. In addition, since 35% of the population in Daxi is of Hakka descent, a Hakka and indigenous imaginary plaza has been set up. Furthermore, the park features red brick restrooms that symbolize Hakka architectural craftsmanship, as well as a camphor tree lookout, children's playground facilities, a Hakka pavilion, a waterfront area, a parking lot, and a warehouse management room, among others. The overall environment is friendly and greatly enhances the convenience for visitors to relax and enjoy the scenery. At the same time, the park is also filled with many sweet-scented osmanthus and gardenia jasminoides, making it a park full of humanistic and natural atmosphere.
