Among the dishes, the most praised one is bamboo shoot chicken. Using green bamboo shoots produced by Guanshan Mountain from May to October and brewing with pure mountain spring water from Yanghanling, the traditional stewing method adds a touch of sweetness and a fresh fragrance to the free-range chickens raised by Hong Xing.
