The wall of the Bat Cave is a continuation of the upper formation of Swallow Cliff, stretching over 200 meters. The lithology is layered sand-shale, and the rock surface has honeycomb-like openings. The largest opening is about 50 cm wide and 60 cm deep. It used to be the dwelling place of bats, hence the name "Bat Cave". Unfortunately, the bats have long since disappeared.
