Our shop sits on Fukuo Pier, the easternmost shore of Kinmen, right next to Afishery Seafood, yet enjoys equal fame. Naturally, seafood is our signature—fresh ingredients and delicious flavors go without saying. In our everyday seafood congee you’ll find familiar shrimp, oysters, fish balls, taro, and scallions, but the light, sweet, and smooth taste is simply unlike anywhere else. Charcoal-grilled prawns, cooked to the perfect doneness, are succulently sweet and springy, their flavor lingering long after the last bite. Fresh red-spotted grouper sashimi melts on the tongue, silky and sweet; paired with stir-fried seasonal vegetables with shark-fin and soft-shell crab, washed down with a cold draft beer, it’s a blissful taste of heaven.
