Luoxi Inkstone
The Zhuoshui River was known in ancient times as Luoxi; the stone is accordingly named Luoxi stone. Luoxi stone has a fine, delicate texture; carved into inkstones, it becomes a prized piece for any scholar’s study. It grinds ink quickly and silently, earning acclaim from literati and connoisseurs and bringing the Luoxi inkstone fame both at home and abroad.
