Xiaowan is a wide shell beach located in front of Kenting Kate Hotel and Fuhua Hotel, ending with a formation known as Frog Rocks. The area is currently operated by Kenting Kate Hotel. Many hotel guests enjoy swimming, playing on the beach, and foreign tourists particularly like sunbathing here. Coral reefs stretch along both sides, offering a vibrant underwater landscape, making it an excellent spot for diving. At night, pubs on the beach sell beverages, and the area becomes noisy and bustling with lively activity.
