The Villa BuildingThe Villa Building is the brand-new building of Gonglao Ping Villa, with a beautiful environment, complete facilities, and superior geographical location. Situated in Fengyuan District, Taichung, next to Fengyuan Stadium, it is surrounded by green trees, quiet and secluded, making it a comfortable place to stay away from the hustle and bustle. It is a 10-minute drive to Fengyuan downtown, and a 10-minute drive from the Fengyuan interchange of Highway No. 4 to the villa, located at the central point of Taiwan. The first-floor lobby of the villa has a customer service center, business internet information area, rest area, convenience store, etc. The lobby's simple and elegant decor, bright design space, comfortable and spacious environment, and friendly service make it a pleasant place to be. The business center provides free internet access, and guests can also bring their laptops for wireless internet. Fax and photocopying services are also available. The indoor rest area offers a great place to enjoy tea and chat. There is also an outdoor guava rest area located by the floor-to-ceiling windows on the first floor. The rest area with a wide view outside allows you to enjoy a rich and aromatic coffee in a natural and comfortable setting. The business information center provides free computer use and broadband internet access, as well as books, magazines, and newspapers for a relaxing read. Meeting RoomsThere are five high-level meeting rooms that can accommodate 30 to 250 people, each designed to meet different needs with professional audio and lighting equipment, as well as the latest professional audio-visual (computer information projection) broadcasting systems. The rooms are specially designed with double suites, family suites with two large beds, and quadruple suites, making it convenient for guests to arrange their stay, whether for company activities or family gatherings. The comfortable accommodation allows you to enjoy a leisurely countryside experience. The accommodation building is located within the farm park, surrounded by beautiful scenery and can accommodate up to 200 guests. Barbecue AreaThe barbecue area is divided into an outdoor garden barbecue area and a group barbecue area: Outdoor Garden Barbecue Area: Located next to the orchard, surrounded by green trees, offering the fun of countryside barbecues. (The outdoor garden barbecue area can accommodate 100 people.) Group Barbecue Area: Located under a semi-indoor roof, providing shade and rain protection, with a stage that is the best barbecue venue for large groups. (The group barbecue area can accommodate 450 people and has a KTV stage.) The farm offers a full set of carbon-grilled meals, including fresh and flavorful barbecue materials, as well as ready-to-eat services, making barbecue dining more convenient and diverse. Fruit Tree Viewing AreaThe farm has a fruit tree viewing area open all year round, with professional guides introducing the wonders of fruit tree ecology in an engaging manner. The area features various rare and exotic fruit trees, including breadfruit, jujube, miracle fruit, and tree grapes. Visitors can also observe rare fruits like grapes and coffee beans growing on trees. The farm also offers a special educational tour program for students. Schools are welcome to book visits in advance. Fruit Picking AreaThe farm covers over ten hectares, planting numerous fruit trees that bear fruit in different seasons. Located on a plateau in the central mountain range at an elevation of 400 to 500 meters, the farm experiences a significant temperature difference between day and night, making the fruit trees grow exceptionally well. The fertile soil and ample sunlight contribute to the high sugar content of the ripe fruits. The fruit-picking area is open to visitors for fresh tasting throughout the year, depending on the seasonal availability of fruits. Art GalleryThe farm combines agriculture with art in this gallery, which showcases ancient farming tools left by ancestors and over a hundred works by Mr. Guo Qi-Kang. It is open to visitors year-round. Notably, this artist, over fifty years old, is a gem in the Taiwanese art scene, known not only for his unique painting style but also for his dedication to promoting and practicing "Art in the Countryside."
