Wanfu Temple is located on Shitou Mountain at the border of Hsinchu and Miaoli. The temple is nestled deep amongst the lush forest. The main hall enshrines the Thousand-Armed and Thousand-Eyed Avalokiteshvara. Upon entering Wanfu Temple, you will see many adorable small monk statues. Whether they are the young monks welcoming guests, or the ones carrying water or sweeping the floor, each of them brings a sense of endearment.
