"Sesame biscuits" were originally one of the engagement pastries in the Dajia area. After being refined by Yu Zen Xing Bakery, which replaced lard with natural cream, the name "cream sesame biscuits" became widely known through the word of mouth of pilgrims. It is now renowned as one of the "Three Treasures of Dajia," alongside "Dajia Mazu" and "Dajia straw hats." The "Dajia Treasures Cultural Museum" is located on the upper floor of the Yu Zen Xing flagship store. It regularly showcases "Dajia nostalgic photos," "Dajia straw hat weaving scenes," "traditional cream sesame biscuit-making scenes," and sixteen wooden carvings depicting "the story of Mazu's life." Additionally, cultural and artistic exhibitions are held from time to time.
