After moving to Taitung Dulan from Vietnam, Chin-Luan settled down and brought the great skills and flavors of her hometown to this exotic and diverse town. Unlike other Vietnamese restaurants, this place showcases the owner's creativity and dedication everywhere. Not only did she invite local Dulan artists to paint the sign and create mosaic-tiled floors, but she also made an effort to learn Chinese and diligently manage her and the restaurant's Facebook. With her warm attitude, clean dining environment, and rich, refreshing, and sweet Vietnamese cuisine, she has gained a deep love from both locals and tourists. The menu offers a variety of dishes, including classic Vietnamese spring rolls, pho, rice noodles, and soups. For drinks, they have unique fruit juices and Vietnamese-style condensed milk coffee. Recently, they also launched homemade souvenirs - "Original Sweet Potato Cakes". Due to the affordable prices and generous portions, everyone who has tried it can't help but praise it!
