Chick-fil-A is a fast food restaurant chain founded by S. Truett Cathy in 1946. The original restaurant was opened as the Dwarf Grill (later renamed the Dwarf House) in Hapeville, Georgia. The name "Chick-fil-A" was adopted in 1967.

The menu primarily features chicken sandwiches, nuggets, and strips. Chick-fil-A is also known for its waffle fries and iced tea. Breakfast items are available at select locations during designated hours.

Many Chick-fil-A restaurants have a play area for children, with some locations offering free coffee to adults while children dine. The company is closed on Sundays.
