A slice of heartfelt provincial noodles
Through a serendipitous encounter, owner Liu Yongmao met veteran Yè Bóbó, a provincial native. Yè Bóbó has been cooking noodles for forty years; now, with his age, he hopes someone will take over, and it seemed that Liu and Yè Bóbó shared a common affinity. Thus Liu inherited Yè Bóbó’s provincial noodles. To keep pace with modern trends, Liu continually refines them, yet never loses the traditional, delicious flavor.
